We have been committed to the R&D and production of high-performance composite materials for many years, and has been cooperating with the Institute of Materials of Beijing University of Technology, China Southeast University, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, North China Electric Power University, Shanghai Electric Power University, other colleges and research institutions.
Our main products are technically based on PPS and PP for heat conduction and reinforcement modification. Features of them include: the heat conduction performance is close to metal, the corrosion resistance is approaching polytetrafluoroethylene. Our product series includes plastic particles, heat exchanging tubes, corrosion resistant heat exchanging equipment ,(eg. heat exchanger evaporator), which can replace most of the traditional components such as silicon carbide, glass, enamel, titanium alloy, graphite. They have been widely used in waste heat recovery systems, zero discharge systems for high salt wastewater Industrial waste acid and waste salt resources, chemical system and other fields. These products provide a new low-cost corrosion resistance and heat conduction solution in the industry, simultaneously suggest a new direction for the application of composite materials.
At present, our company has 14 national patents, including "A Fiber-Reinforced Polyphenylene Sulfide Nanocomposite and Its Preparation Method With The Application of New Radiator Tubes", "The Connection Device Between Flue Gas Treatment Heat Exchanging Tubes and Sheets", and "The Modified Plastic Tube-type Heat Exchanging Flue Gas Device", etc.
